Petition For Rule To Show Cause, therein setting out that JOHN ~

JOSEPH ANDERSON has failed and refused to compy with the Order of
+this Court in Order for temporary custody, support and alimony
entered in this cause on Oc~ober 14, 1974; i.e., has failed and ~
refused to pay to the Wife herein, JEAN MARIE ANDERSON, the sum
~
of $75.00 per week as temporary child support and temporary ali- ;
~

mony, and is now in arrears in said payments nine (9) weeks, for a ~

' total sum of $675.00, contrary to the Order of this Court; and the '

i Court being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon

~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that JOHN JOSEPH ANDERSON shall be ~

~ and appear before THE HONORABLE JAMES E. ALDERMAN, Judge of the ~
