JUDITH E. AMENT, his wife, Plaintiffs in that certain cause .
numbered 74-880-CA in the Circuit Court of the 19th~Judicial
Circuit of Florida, in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, lately
pending, wherein Plaintiffs, J. Gary Ament and Judith E. Ament,
his wife, obtained a judgment in ejectment against the Defen- s
dant, Lawrence S. Hodges, wherein Plaintiffs were allowed their
' taxable costs, said judgment being dated the 8th day of November,
