THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard before tYie Court on the Motion
for Enforcement by Wife on the 17th day of January, A. D., 1975, and
Wife being represented by counsel, Gerald S. James and Husband appearing
on his own behalf and the Court hearing testimony, it is therefore ~

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that permanent custody of the minor child, t

to-wit: BOBBY GENE BEAMS, be and is hereby transferred to PAMELA BRUNS, !

who resides at 5015 Parkway Drive, Hope Sound, Florida. ;

~ That all child support obligations previously ordered due from }

~ Husband shall be payable to the custodian, Pamela Bruns.
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that present custody of the minor child,

~ to-wit: PAUL RAY BEAMS, be and is hereby transferred to Husband, ELMER ~
~ C. BEAMS.
} ORDERED AND ADJUDGED: It is found and determined by the Court

~ that the Husband has not paid the December and January installments due
on the mortgage covering the marital home owned by the Wife and further
the Husband has failed to pay attorney's fees and Court costs due Wife's
