(3) That the equities of this cause are with the plaintiff.
(4) That a lien is held by the plaintiff for the swn specified
in the preceding paragraph, superior in dignity to any right, title, 3

interest or claim of the defendant(s) in the above-styled cause upon
the following described property, to-wit:
Lot 272, SHERATON PLAZA, UNIT FOUR, REPLAT, according
to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 16, Page
18 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
j (S) If the aforesaid total sum due to the plaintiff, and all

~ Judgment are not forthwith paid~ the Clerk of the Court shall sell ;
~ that property at public sale within the legal hours of sale on the

~ or bidders for cash at the east door of the St. Lucie County Court- s

~ house, in Fort Pierce, Florida, and after having first given notice

~ (6) The plaintiff shall advance the cost of publication of

~ the Notice of Sale and the Clerk's fee for making the sale and shall
