GRANI'EES, by acceptance and execution of this Deed, aclmowledge that the
Grantors have fully pe~forn~ed all of their obligations and covenant as con- ~
tained in a Contract for Purchase and Sale previously entered into between
parties, and further acknowledge that his conveyance is subject in every re-
spect of the Declaration of Condaniniun recorded in Official Records Book 193,
page 2596; same being re-recorded in Official Records Book 195, page 1655, of ~
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and to the prcvisions of all
other instn.~?ents incorporated therein by reference. Grantees aclrnowledge
reading and examining said Declaration and all other instnunents incorporated
therein by reference, and aclrnowledge their consent and approval of, and
covenant and agree to abide by, each and every provision of the said Declaration
of Condominium azid all instrrments incorporated therein by reference.
