adopted:
WHFREA.S, the State of rlorida Department of Transportation pYO-
poses to constr~ict and improve State Road 712 , Section 9i504-2605
in S?. LtTCIB County, Florida: and
!JHERF.AS, it is necessary that certain lands now owned hy
~~g County be acquired by the State of F3arida for the use
and benefit of the State of Florida Department af Transportation; and
k'HFRFA.S, said property is not needed for Gounty purposes; and
WHERF.AS, the State of Florida Department of Transportation havinR
made application [o said County to execute and deliver to the State of
Florida l~epartment of Transportation a deed or deeds in favor of the ~
State of Florida, conveying all ri~hts, title and interest that sai~i
