The Department of Insurance is hereby appointed Receiver : of Financial Fire and Casualty Company, Respondent, and said Receiver is authorized and directed to: • a. Conduct the b;~~:~_~~ of Financial Fire and Casualty Company and take all steps, as the Court may ni~act, toward removal of the causes and conditions which have made this order of rehabilitation necessary. ~ b. Take immediate possession of all prop~rty, assets and estate, including, but not limited to, all offic~s maintained-by Respondent and all rights of action, books, papers, evidence of debt, and aII property ~f every kind whatsoever, wheresoever located, belonging ~ to or in the possession of said Respondent or its officers, direttors, employees or agents pertaining to the Respondent's business, including, but not limited to, all bank accounts, stocks, bonds, debentures, mortgages, furniture, fixtures and office equipment, and all real property of said Respondent and to hold all such assets pending further Order of this Court. ~ ~ ~ Droceed to collect any and all debts it is feasible to ~ ~ attempt to collect, due and owing Respondent, including, but not limited E I to, funds held by agents of the Respondent under agency contracts or ~ ~ otherwise, due and owing Respondent, including, but not limited to, ~ unearned commissions and agents' reserve funds held by Respondent or ~ ~ ~ ~ others. ~ d. Appc+int Deputy Receivers and to employ such counsel, clerks ~ and assistants as he deems necessary, and further authorizing the ~ compensation of such deputies, counsel, clerks and assistants and all - ~ expenses of taking possession of the assets of Respondent and of ~ ~ conducting these proceedings as fixed by the Receiver and approved by ~ ti ~ ~ this Court, to be paid out of the funds=or assets of the Respondent in ~ ~ the possession of the Receiver.
