THIS CAUSE came on to be hea.rd before me upon the Pla.intiff's
~c Parte Motion to Amand the Flnal Judgm ent by Default entered by this Court
on Januaxy 14, 1975 a,nd the Court being duly advised and informed in the premisea,
it is, upon consideration,
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That Final Judgment be and the same is hereby entered in favor
of the Plaintiif, WATERPROOFING PRODUCTS, INC., and against the Defendant,
JO6EPH L. CARTER and BERIVICE CARTER d/b/a ASK-US ROOFING in the
principa.l amount of $2,160.00 that is due with 6R'o interest thereon since June 6,
' 1974 in the amount of $75. 60 and together with costs herein taxed in the amount
~ of $30.00.
