Upon consideration, the Court finds the Defendant(s) ha s waived in accordance with law,
right to be heazd on matter of issuance of a Wrif-oflteplevin, after due notice of said hearing prior to final
adjudication in this cause and further that the Defendant(s) ha not filed written undertaking within the
provisions of Chapter 78.075 (2) of the Florida Statutes, for the stay of this Order; it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of this Court issue a Writ of Replevin in this cause setting
' forth thereon the property sought by Plaintiff in its Complaint.
