Banack and Ethel Jane Banack, his wife to First National Bank of Fort Pierce, vhich agreement was recorded on the 18th day of Jauuary, 1973, in Official Records Book 210, at page 357 in the Public Recorde of St. Lucie Countq, Florida, and Which Agreement covera the follo~ing deacribed real propertq, to wiC: Lote 1 and 2, lesa the South 5 feet thereof; and the Southerlq 8 feet of Lot 6, PiAP OF COBB•S PARK TERRACE, according to the Plat thereof, ae recorded in Plat Book ' 7, at page 15 of tt~A Public Recorda of St. Lucie County, Florida. - and Whereas Albert C. Black and Amy B. Black, his wife, have agreed to make a mortgage loan to A. R. Banack and E. Jane Banack, his wife, in the amount of $21,000.00 covering the property described above, provided the Agreement first described is subordinated to it; and Whereas, the undersigned, in order to induce the making of the mortgage loan to be made by Albert C. Black and Amy B. Black, his wife, and in consideration of $1.00 and other good and valuable conaiderations, desires to subordinate its Agreement to the Mortgage to be given by said Albert C. Black and Amy B. Black, his wife; ~ ~ NoW therefore, in consideration of the premises, the Agreement firsEt described is by this instrument subordinated and made inferior ; ~o the mortgage to be given to Albert C.
