. This matter coming on to be heard on Motion by First
Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, Florida, a •
Florida corporation, the Defendant, Counterclaimants and Cross-
claimants, to substitute Errol S. Willes and Marjorie T. Willes,
his wife, as party Counterclaimants and Crossclaimants in lieu
of First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, and
