in consideration of the payment to me/us by Florida Power & Light Company of $1.00 and other good and
valuable consideration which I/we have reoeived, I/we and those holding through melus, grant and give to Florida
Powe~ & Light Company and its wacessors and assigns an easement for the oonstn~ction, operation and main-
tena~e of elecVic utility facilities (including wires, poles, guys. cables, conduits, transformer enclosures and
appurtenant equipmentl to be installed from time to time; with the ~ight to reconstruct, improve, add to, change
the size of or remove such facilities or any of them; to permit the attachment of conduits, wires or cables of any
other Company or person; also, to cut, trim and keep clear all trees, brush and undergrowth or other obstructions
~hat might endang~r or i~t~rfere with said fa~iiities, on, over, upon, uncier, and across my/our property desc~ibed
as follows;
The~NW 1/4 of the SB 1/4 of Section 24, Township 34 South, Range 39 East, St. Lucie
County, Florida, I.ESS Canal and Road Rights-of~,lay. -
The Eas~ent more particularly described as the Bast 30 feet of the West 114 feet,
and the East 10 feet of the West 124 feet of the North 40 feet, of the above property,
being adjacent to and parallel with the Taylor Dairy Road Right-of-Way.

By acceptance of this essement herein granted, Florida Po~aer ~ Light Company does
hereby release, quit claim and reanise all rights, title and interest in that certain
i Quit Claim Deed dated July 25, 1958, and recorded in Deed Book 240, Pages 305 - 309,
~ Parcel #85, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, as it pertains to the
