In oonsideration of the payment to me/us by Florida Power & Light Company of a1.00 and other good and
valuable oo~uideration which I/we have received, I/we and those holding through me/us, g~ant and give to Florida ~
Power & Light Company and its wocessors and assigns an easement for the construction, operation and main- t
tenance of electric utility facilities (includi~g wires, poles, guys. cables, oonduits, transformer enclowres and ~
appurte~ant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with the right to ~econstruct, improve, add to, change
the size of or ~emove wch facilities or any of them; to permit the attachment of conduits, wires or cables of any
other Company or pers~n; also, to cut, trim and keep clear all trees, bn.ish and undergrowth or other obstructions
that might e~darger or interfere with raid facilities, on, aver, upon, under, and across my/our property described
as follows;
The S 1/2 of the SB 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 18, Township
35 South, Range 40 Sast, St. Lucie County, Florida; excepting all rights-
of-way for drainage canal and public roads: I,BSS the West 112 feet of the

The easanent more particularly described as a parcel of land 10 feet wide,
, centered 47.8 feet North of and parallel with the South property line,
