In consideration of the payment to me/us by Florida Power & Light Company of $1.00 and other good and
valuable consideration which 1/we have received, 1/we and those holding through me/us, grant and give to Florida
Power & Light Company and its successors and assigns an easement for the construction, operation and main-
tenance of elect~ic utility facilities (including wires, poles, guys, cables, oonduits, transformer enclowres and
appurtenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconstnict, improve, add to, change
the size of or remove wch facilities or a~y of them; to permit the attachment of conduits, wires or cables of any
othe~ Company or person; also, to. cut, trim and keep clear all trees, brush and undergrowth or other obstructions
that might endanger or interfere with raid facilities, on, over, upon, under, and across my/our property described
as follows;
The West 135 feet of the East 150 feet of the South 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the
NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4, less the South 33 feet for Edwards Road, Section 30,
Township 35 Soutll, Range 40 Bast, St. Lucie County, Florida.
