In consideration of the payment to me/us by Florida Power & Light Company of $1.00 and other good and
valuable consideration which i/we have received, 1/we and those holding through melus, grant and give to Florida
Powe~ & Light Company and its wa~ssson and assigns an easement for the construction, operation and main-
tenance of electric utility facilities (i~cluding wires, poles, guys~ cables, conduits, transformer enclowres and
appurtenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with the ~ight to reconstruct, improve, add to, change
the size of or remove such facilities or any of them; to permit the attachment of conduits, wires or cables of any

that might endanger ar interfere with raid facilities, on, over, upon, unde~, and across my/our praperty described
as follows;
