Plats (O.R.) Book 137, page 426, in the office of the Clerk of the
Circuit Court, Indian River County, Florida.
SUBJECT TO that certain first mortgage from Lawrence G. Lally to
Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Co., dated June 3, 1966, recorded
June 15, 1966, in O.R. Book 231, paqe 47, public=records of Indian
River County, Florida, securing an original indebtedness of
$70,000 and having a principal balance as of the date hereof of ~
$41,454. FURTHER SUBJECT TO that certain second mortgage from
Patrick B. Lally and Judith A. Lally, his wife, to Gulf-Atlantic
Production Credit Association, dated June 9, 1972, recorded
August 15, 1972, in O.R. Book 415, page 282, public records of
Indian River County, Florida, securing two promissory notes ~
evidencing a principal indebtedness in the aggregate of $90,000, i
which principal indebtedness remains due and owing in full.
By the acceptance and recording of this warranty deed of convey- '
ance, the grantee herein assumes and agrees to pay said principal
debts secured by the mortgages as herein described.
Subject to reservations, restrictions, easements and rights of
way of public record.
