SECOND AMENDED COMPLAINT
This cause coming on to be heard on January 27, 1975
upon the Plaintiffs' Motion for leave to file a Second
Amended Complaint, and the court having heard argument of
counsel for the respective parties and being fully advised
in the premises, it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Plaintiffs' Motion be and the same is
hereby granted.

; 2. That the Plaintiffs shall file their Second
