Assignment was made this 14th day of January, 1975 by Mission Groves,
Inc. of Fort Pierce, Florida Assignor to the Sun Bank of Fort Pierce,
Fort Pierce, Florida, Assignee.
1. Assignment. For value received, the Assignor hereby assigns to
the Assignee a certain promissory note thereby-granted by O.R. Minton, ~
Shirley L. Minton, O.R. Minton, Jr., John L. Minton and Berryman T.
Minton to the Assignors herein dated January 14, 1975. •
2. Warranty. The Assignor represents and warrants that there is owing
upon such note, without offset or defense of any kind, This note shall
be payable as follows: interest of $5,625.00 on May 1, 1974; interest of
$5,625.00 on November 1, 1974; thereafter in equal semiannual installments
of $8,413.20, which.sai~d installment shall include principal and interest
at the rate of 7~% per annum, the first of such equal semiannual install- ~
ments being~due and payable May 1, 1975 and semiannually thereafter until
~
fully paid. Privilege of prepayment, without penalty, at any time is
grented payers. Recorded in Official Records Book 227 on Page 904.

3. Collateral Security. This assignment is made as collateral security
for the payment of a Promissory note, made by the Assignur dated January ;
14, 1975, for $5,000.00 to the order to the Assignee, which, with interest ~
at 109o per annum is due on or before May 15, 1975. The Note described '
herein shall be reassigned to the Assignor by the Assignee if the Assignor's ~
~ note is fully paid and discharged at its maturity.
