FOR VALUE RECEIVED~ the undersigned and if more than ane. jointly and severally (the I?iaker), does hereby
covenant and promise to pay to the order ot Sun Bank of Sk Lucie County or to. its suceessors or assigns (collectively the
Payee). at its principal office at 111 Orange Ave.~ Fort Pierce. Fla. or at such other place as the Payee may designate
to the Maker in writing from time to time, in legal tender of the United States, the Principal Amount together with
interest at the Interest Rate on the unpaid balance of the Principal Amount

If any Instalment Payment shall not be paid when due, then the entire principal sum and accrued interest here-
under shall become due and payable at once or thereafter, at the option of the ho[der of this Note. The Payee may, at ~
its optlon, rnllect a late charge not to e:ceed two centa for each one dollar of each Instalment Payment not paid when
due to reimburse the Payee for e:penses of aervicing delinquent Inatalment Payments. Failure to exercise these optiona
ahall not rnnstitute a waiver of the right to e:ercise the same in the event of any subsequent default.
It is furt}~er agreed that the Maker and each endorser, surety, guarantor, jointly and eeverally, ahali pay ali costs o[ - ~
rnllection of this Note, including a reaaonable attorney's [ee, on failure to pay any Instalment Payment or any accrued
interest due hereunder on the due date thereof. 1'his Note and all sums due hereunder shall bear interest at the highest
lawful rate of intereat per annum in the 3tate of Florida irom t6e date when the principal and accrued interest unuer
this Note shall be due and payable. The total interest payable hereunder ahall not in any one year e:ceed the highest
lawful rate of interest in the State of Florida_
Thia Note is secured by a Mortgage, dated the date hereof, of property situated in the State of Florida.
f The Maker agrees that it ahall be bound by any agreement e:tending the time or moditying the above terms of
; payment, made by the Payee and the ow-ner or ownezs of the property affected by said Mortgage, whether with or with-
i out notice to the Maker, and the Maker shall continue liable to pay the amount due hereunder, but with interest at a
E rate no greater than the Interest Rate, according to the terms of any auc6 agreement of e:tension or modiCcation.
