This cause coming on to be hearn upon the Notice of

Rocky, and the Court being fully advised in the premises and
there being no objection thereto by counsel for the Husband,
William C:. Rocky, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Petition for Modification
of the Final Judgment be and the same is hereby dismissed.
