This cause having been heard up~n Petition for Rule to -
Show Cause filed by JEAN MARIE ANDERSON, and both parti.es being
~ represented by counsel, and the Court having considered the
evidence , it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as fallaws:
1. CONTEMPT. JOHN JOSEPH ANDERSON is f ound to be in
Contempt of this Court for failure to make ten (10) payments due
' under the Order of this Court dated the 14th day of October,
~
! I974, so that there is now a deficiency of Seven Hundred Fifty ;
~ ($~50.00) Dollars, and he is hereby sentenced to serve ten (10)

~ days in the St. Lucie County jail for said contempt provided,
~

~ h~wever, that said JOHN JOSEPH ANDERSON can purge himself by payin
~ Seventy»Five ($75.00) Dollars per week commencing February 3,
~ 1975, and continuing each and every week thereafter until said
~ deficiency has been paid in full.

~ The Seventy»Five ($75.00) Dollars per week se t out in

~ said Order of this Court dated October 14, 1974, shall continue .
3 2. VISITATION. The Husband, JOHN JOSEPH ANDERSON, shall ~
~ have the visitation rights set out in said Order of this Court
~ dated October 14, 1974, to»wit: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Sundays,

~ and in addition thereto visitation rights from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00
~
