DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE .
This cause came on for hearing on January 28, 1975, and the
Court having qiven full consideration~to all the evidence, finds and
determines: ~
This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter
of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the
parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken
and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
'F l. The marriage between ARTHUR LEE FRANKLIN, JR., and
i CINDIA MAE FRANKLIN be, and the same is hereby, forever freed from the

~ bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obliga-
~ tions arising therefrom.
~ 2. The Wife is hereby granted the complete care, custody and
control of the minor child born as issue of said marriage, to wit:

~ Stephen Christopher Franklin, subject to reasonable visitation rights reserved
~ to the father.

~ the Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum of Fifteen and No/100 Dollars
