HENDERSON representing OUTDOOR RESORTS OF AMERICA, INC., at the Annual Meeting of OUTDOOR RESORTS AT NETTLES ISLAND, INC., on January 18, 1975, were properly cas~ and said votes were properly considered in determining whether a quorum was present; it is thereupon further ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion For Temporary ~ Injunction and Restraining Order is hereby denied. ~ ; DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, Florida, this ~ day of t r ` January, 1975.
