THIS MATTER HAVING COME before the Court~u n the Motion
For Temporary injunction and Restraining Order filed herein by the
Plaintiffs, and the Court having heard the arguments of counsel, and
after a full hearing of the evidence presented, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the 324 votes cast by RANDALL
E. HENDERSON representing OUTDOOR RESORTS OF AMERICA, INC., at the
Annual Meeting of OUTDOOR RESORTS AT NETTLES ISLAND, INC., on January 18,
1975, were properly cas~ and said votes were properly considered
in determining whether a quorum was present; it is thereupon further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion For Temporary
~ Injunction and Restraining Order is hereby denied.
