ASSIGNMENT OF DREDGL AND FILL PERMITS
KNOW ALL MEN HY THESE PRESENTS: That GEORGE H._DAGGETT and SYDNEY
B. DAGGETT, his wife, Parties of.the First Part, in consideration of the
sum of Ten and no/100 Dollars ($10.00) lawful money of the United States,
to them in hand paid by RICHARD L. DAGGETT and PHYLLIS P. DAGGETT, his wife;
WILLIAM R. DAGGETT and MARTHA B. DAGGETT, his wife; GEORGE H. DAGGETT, JR.
and CATHERINE 8. DAGGETT, his wife; and HELEN H. MATSON and MYRON W. MATSON,
her husband, parties of the second part, at or before the ensealing and ~
delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have
granted, bargained, sold, assigned, transferred and set over and by these
presents do grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer and set over unto the -
said parties of the second part all rights the said party of the first part
has under the dredge and fill permits recorded in-Deed Book 228, at Page 327,
and Deed Book 240, at Page 357, pulilic records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
as follows: -
An undivided 1/8 interest to Richard L. Daggett and Phyllis P.
Daggett, his wife;
An undividEd 1/8 interest to William R. Daggett and Martha B.
Daggett, his wife;
An undivided 1/8 interest to George H. Daggett, Jr. and Catherine
B. Daggett, his wife; and '
; An undivided 1/4 interest to Helen H. Matson and Myron W. Matson,
; her husband.
