ORDER DISMISSING CAUSE
This cause coming on to be heard upon the oral motion of
counsel for the Wife to dismiss the above entitled cause and
it appearing to the Court that the Husband, Donald E. Yawn,
has not filed any answer or defensive pleading to the Petition
filed herein, and counsel for the Wife having advised the Court
that the parties hereto had reconciled and are noca living
together as husband and wife, it is~therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the above entitled cause be and
the same is hereby dismissed.
ORDERED at Ft. Pierce, Florida this ~ 3ay of January,
