THIS CAUSE came to be heard by the court on November 19, 1974
at the St. Lucie County Court House in Fort Pierce, Florida before the ~
Honorable Judge James E. Alderman, Judge of the above court, and upon
Stipulation of the parties to the above cause, the court finds as follows: 3
l. Defendants PAUL GILLINS and AZALEA GILLINS, his wife, will
execute a quit claim deed to Plaintiff JAME.S EI7WARD WESLEY, JR. for the

No. l, St. Lucie Gardens, as per plat thereof
