Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Luc1e County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica- tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27,~1973 and recorded in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and ~ ~ WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has req uested First National City Bank to release the property hereinafter desGribed, being a ~ part of the mortgaged premi ses , from the 1 i en -and operati on of sai d ~ mortgage; ~ NOW.
