WITNESS$TH: That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum

189, on pages 1887 throuqh 2007, inclusive, of the Public records of St
Lucie County, Florida, together with all of the appurtenances to said Unit.
Subject to the following:
All of the provisions of The Declaration of Conclominium of Windmill Village
By The Sea Condominium No. l, as recorded in Offical Reoords Book 189 on
pages 1887 through 2007, inclusive, of the Public Records of St. LucieCounty
Florida, including the Exhibits attached thereto and restrictions, co~enants,
easements and reservations of record, and taxes for the current year.
TOG$THSR with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereto belonging or in anywise appertaiaing. ~

AND the grantor hereby covenants with said graatee that it is law-
~ fully seized of said land in fee simple; that it has good right and ~
~ lawful authority to sell and coavey said land; that it hereby full
~ warrants the title to said land and will defend the same against
~ the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever; and that said land is
~ free of all encumbrances. However, this sale is made subject to
~ the Declaration of Coadominium and all other coadominium instru-
~ meats, restrictions aad easements of record, and taxes accruing
