' AMENDMENT TO FINANCING STATEMENT ~
WHEREAS the undersiqned RICHARD E. HUNT and JOYCE B.
HUNT, his wife, hereinafter referred to as "Hunt" have
previously executed and delivered to Sun Bank of Fort
' Pierce, hereinafter referred to as "Sun Sank", a cert$in
financinq statement securinq payment of an indebtedness
owed by Hunt to Sun Bank; and
WHEREAS said financing statement contained a scriver-
ner's error in the legal description set forth th~rein; and
WHEREAS the parties desire to correct said scriverner's
error of record;
~ NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, it is _
agreed by and between the parties that the legal description
set forth in said financing statement as recorded in O. R. -
Book 221, paqe 457, 458, public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida is hereby amended to read as follows:
From the NW Corner of the NE I/4 of Section 27, Town-
ship 35 Range 40 East, run West along the North line of
Section 27, 152 feet to the easterly right-of-way
of U. S. Highway l, thence run south along said right-
of-way a distance of 1,222 feet to the point of begin-
ninq, thence run east parallel to the north line of
Section 27 a distance of 800 feet, thence south paral-
lel to the easterly right-of-way of U. S. Highway 1 a
~ distance of 300 feet, thence west parallel to the north
: line of Section 27 a distance of 800 feet to the easterly
right-of-way of U. S. Highway 1, thence north along
; said right-of-way 300 feet to the point of beginning.
~ Except as herein specifically amended, said financing state-

; ment shall.remain in full force and effect.
