THIS IIJDENTURE, executed the day of . pctober 1974, ~
BETWEEN MELVIN MARTIN BIALECK, as Executor of the estate of TOBY
BIALECK, Deceased, party of the first part, and MELVIN M. BIALECK

WITNESSETH:

Esecutor, on the 4th day of October, 1974, by petition applied to the
Cii•cuit Court Judge, Probate~ Division, in and foi• Dade County, Florida,
for authority to distribute and convey certain real estate in said County
hereinafter described. Said Court rendered the order dated the 4~
day of October, r 1974, directing said party of the first part to distribute ~
and comrey to the party of the second part the said real estate, and ordered

said party of the first part to execute the deed to said party of the second '
part of the real estate as hereinbefore set forth.

sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms distribution unto
the said party of the second part, and to his heirs (successors) and assigns ~
