This cause coming on to be heard on January 31, 1975 on
the verified Petition of MIC~IAEL TERRY FOST~R and FRANCES POPPELL
FOSTER for a Judgment changing the name of their minor son from
MICHAEL LAWRENC$ F~STER to MICHAEL TERRY 1~'OSTtiR, JR., and the
Court having heard testimony and having determined that the Petition
is filed for no ulterior or illegal purpose, and the Court being
advised in the premises, '
It is therefore ORDERED that the name of MICI~IEL LAWRENCE
FOSTI~R is changed to MICIiAEL TERRY FOSTSR, JR., by which name
from henceforth he shall be known.
