la~id conveyed to Walter E. Ruhlman Incorporated, as same. ~
appears in Deed Book'146, at Page 471, of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, to the West right-of-way
line o£ the Florida East Coast Railway Company, thence run
Northwesterly along the West right-of-way line of the ~
railway company aforesaid a distance of 2 feet; thence run ,
Southwesterly at right angles to the West right-of-way ~
line of the railway company aforesaid to the Eas t right-
of-way line of the Old Dixie Highway; thence Southeasterly +
along the East right-of-way line of the Old Dixie Highway .
a distance of 2 feet to the point of beginning.
