ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent pay to the Petitioner for the benefit of
BARBARA A. HEyRY, date of birth April 7, 1963:
ROBERT J. HENRY, date of birth: May 10, 1964
DONNA L. HENRY, date of birth: June 28, 1966
minor children, the sum of ~ 2 S. 00 twice a monthp~us and additional ~ 1.00
for payment of Clerk's fee for receiving and disbursing support payments.
These payments are to begin on the
