!1 THIS CAUSE came on for hearing this the 29th day of

i~ January, 1975, upon application of the wife for temporary relief.
f~ Both parties~have appeared with the wife appearing and represent-

;i ed by-counsel, and the Court, after hearing testimony from the

i~ respective parties and being otherwise advised in the premises,

il pRDEREp AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the wife shall have temporary exclusive
, 1 ~i
i possession of the marital home rented by the parties and located ~
~ ; ~
i at: 1909 Avenue "I", Fort Pierce, Florida, and the husband is
( ordered to remove himself and his personal belongings from said
~ ~ i
~ I; home by 5:00 P.M., Friday, January 31, 1975. a
~ 1I 2. That the wife shall have temporary custody of the
~ i _
~ two (2) minor children, to wit: Shellie, age 2 and Yuri, age 1, ~

subject to reasonable visitation by the husband.

;i 3. That as temporary support, the husband shall pay to ;
t
~ ~i the wife the total sum of $20.00 per week representing ~10.00 for +
~
~ each child, said payment to commence the lOth day of February,
~ ;
~ 1975. Said payments are to be remitted promptly by the husband ~

~ ~ to the Clerk of tYie Circuit Court in cash, money order or
~
certified check and the Clerk is ordered to remit same to the
~ :,i .
~ wife. There is also assessed against the husband a$1.00 statut-
~ ~
ory fee which the husband shall pay to the Clerk along with each
~ ~i
~ ~
~ separate payment.
