This cause came on for trial the 31st day of January, ~

_ 1975 and the Court having given full consideration to all the ~
his Court has 'urisdiction ~
evidence, finds and determines: T 7
of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the rela-
tion of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and
that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken
and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
i 1. DISSOLLJTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between

; ROBERT SMITH and LOIS ANN SMITA be and the same is hereby dis-
i
solved, and th~ parties and each of them are hereby forever
~ ~
~ fr~ed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between

~ them and from the obligations arising therefrom. ~

~ 2. PROPERTY. The property settlement agreement admit- ~
ted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference '

~ and the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions there-

~ 3. RESTORATION OF NAME. LOIS ANN SMITH be and she is ~

~ hereby authorized to assume her former name of LOIS ANN WALTERS ~

in all respects as if said marriage had not intervened.
