vafuable consideration which 1/we have received, 1/we and those holding through meJus, grant and give to Florida
Power & Light Company and its successors and assigns an easement for the construction, operation and main-
tenance of electric utility facilities (including wires, pole3, guys, cables, conduits, transformer enclosu~es and
appurtenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with the right to reoonstnict, improve, add to, change
the size of or remove such facilities or any of them; to permit the attachment of conduits, wires or cables of any
other Company or pe~son; also, to cut, trim and keep clea~ all trees, brush and undergrowth or other obstructions
that might endanger or interfere with said facilities, on, over, upon, unde~, and across my/our property described
