ledged, the undersigned, successors, heirs and assigns grant and give to you and your wccessors and assigns the right to

and distribution line, on my our property described as follows:
A guying easement more particularly described as a parcel of land 10 feet wide,
centered 652.62 or feet West of the Section Line, beginning at the Soutti
R/W of Edwards R+~ad, and running South a distance of 40 feet, being a portion
of the following described prnperty.
The W 1/2 of the NS 1J4 of the SB 1/4 of the NE 1/4, less the North 33 feet,
Section 30, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County_, Florida.
