TEMPORARY ORDER
THIS MATTER HAVING COME before the Court this 31st day
of January, 1975, upon the Wife's Petition For Alimony Without

Dissolution of Marriage, and for Support For Minor Children, and
the Court having given full consideration to all of the evidence,
finds and determines that: This Court has jurisdiction of the
parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of ;
,
husband and wife now exists between the parties; and furthermore,
the Cou=t having heard the arguments of counsel, and the evidence
as presented to this Court, finds and determines that:
1. CUSTODY. Custody of MIA MICHELLE RAMSEY, YVETTE ~

MARIE RAMSEY, and CHRISTOPHER D$AN RAMSEY, minor children of the ~
~

~ parties is-hereby temporarily awarded to the Wife, with reasonable
~

~ visitation rights reserved to the Husband. In granting the Wife g

~ temporary custody of the above-named children, the Court is
restraining the Wife from removinq the minor children from the
~
~
State of Florida without the prior•leave of this Court.
~ 2. SUP_ PORT. Cornmencing the 3~ day of
~ 1975, the Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum of $15.00 per child
~ each and every week, beinq a total amount of $45.00 per week for

the support of the children named above. Each payment shall be

~ made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to
~ .
~ BRENDA GALE RAMSEY. In addition there is hereby assessed the ~
~

~ sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made
to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or
