3. FEES AND COSTS. The Court determines the aum of i

$50.00 to be reasonable for the Wife's attorney for his services ~

herein and ROBERT CURTIS RAMSEY, is ordered to pay said attorney ;
~ said sum together with the costs herein assessed at $27.50. ~
4. PROPERTY: The parties are the joint owners of a
home located at 2705 S. 32nd Street, Fort Pierce, Florida. The
Wife has indicated her intention to vacate the premises and the
Husband is given the exclusive right to possession of the marital
home. Incident to this right of possession is the obligation
to pay the mortgaqe, taxes, and insurance on this property as well
as the costs of the upkeep of the property. ~
5. JURISDICTION. Jurisdictic+n of this cause, and the
parties hereto is retaineci for the entry of such further Orders
as may be proper.
