~ PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE ±

KNOW ALL MEN BY TNESE PRESENTS: ~
WHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa-
tian organized under the laws of the United States of America, is
now the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental ;
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business Trust, securing ~
~5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page ~
2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, '
encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein
more particularly described; as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of ~1,112,392.00 and ~
also encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which
Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record
Book 207, Page 857, ~t seq., Public Records of St. Lucie ~
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica- ;
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded - ~
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and
~IEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a ~
part of the mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said :
mortgage; t
NOW, THEREFORE, First National City Bank,'in consideration of
the premi ses and the sum of Ten and ~(1 j.~0(1--------------------------

.10_00 , the receipt whereof is hereby acknoriledged,
does remise, release, quit claim, exonerate and discharge fram the
lien and operation of said mortgage, unto the said mortgagor, its
successors and assigns, that certain portion of the property conveyed
by said mortgage more particularly described as follows:
