. THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on the Petition of the
Department of Insurance of the State of Florida for the entry of an
Order appointing the Department of Insurance as Anci~lary Receiver of ~
Resources Insurance Company, and the Court being fully advised in the
premises finds:
