F INAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 4th day of February,
1975, and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction
of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the
relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; ~
and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably ~
broken and should be c~issolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between
FRANK E. BRELiIER and MABEL R. BREWER be and the same is
hereby dissolved, and the parti~s and each of them are hereby
i - ~
~ forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing '
¢ between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.

; 2. PROPERTY: The property settlement agreement ad-
~ mitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by refer-
~
~ ence and the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions

€ thereof.

; 3. RESTRAINI2IG ORDER: Each of the parties is hereby

x enjoined and restrained from inter`ering with, harassing or
annoying the other.
