This cause came on for tria. n day of February,
. 1975 and the Court having given full _..c~z~deration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction
of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the
relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; _
and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably
broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon `

ORDERED AND ADJL~DGED as follows:
I. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between
WOODROW WILSON TOMLINSON, husband, and BARBARA J. TOMLINSON,
wife, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and
, each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of mat- .
rimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations

, 2. CUSTODY. Custody of Martin L. Tomlinson, age 15,
~ David G. Tomlinson, age 13, Cathy J. Tomli~son, age 11, and ~

a . $300.00 to be reasonable for the wife's attorney for his
