As to Count II: ~

Defendant, Lawr•ence D. Kimmel, as a member of the City
Council of the City of Port St. Lucie, and individually, be, and he
is hereby temporarily and permanently prohibited from continuing to
hold a position as a member of the City Council of the City of
Port St. Lucie and as City Engineer of the City of Port St. Lucie
and to receive compensation as said City Engineer of the City of
Port St. Lucie.
The City Council of the City of Port St. Lucie be, and it

is hereby temporarily restrained, during the pendency of this suit,
from hiring any other member of said City Council to a remunerative
position with the City of Port St. Lucie other than those positions
. i
specifically enumerated in the City Charter of the City of Port
St. Lucie.
; As to. Count III:
~ The First National Bank and Trust Company of Stuart, as
; ;
~ Trustee of the Port St. Lucie Employees Pension Fund, be, and it }
~

~ is hereby temporarily restrained from making any disbursement of
~ funds to third parties, other than normal trust management proceedings ;
f ;
~ until this Court has made final determination as to the rights of
~ the parties in this cause. Any party or interested person who requests
~ exception be made to this restraining order shall file petition with
~ this Court with notice to all parties involved.

~ The City Council of the City of Port St. Lucie be,

and it is hereby, temporari~y restrained from making any disbursement ~

; of funds to any person or persons in the nature of severance fees or ~
