ORDER
THIS MATTER HAVING come before the Court upon the Motion
of the Plaintiffs to attach the interest of the Defendant in
the following described real property, to wit:
Lot 11, Block 3124, PORT ST. LUCIE,
SECTION 45, as per Plat thereof filed
in Plat Book 16, Page 25, Public , .
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
and the Court havinq heard the arguments of counsel wherein it
appears that the Plaintiffs allege there to be a debt due and
owing to them by the Defendant, that the Defendant is a non-
resident of the state of Florida, having an undivided one-half
interest in the above-described real property, and it further
~ appearing that a bond in the amount of $15,000.00 to be posted

j by the Plaintiffs with an approved Surety would be an appropriate

~ amount to protect the interests of the Defendant; and being further
~ , advised in the premises, it is thereupon

~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiffs are entitled to
~ have attachment on the undivided one-half interest of the Defendant
~
~ in the above-described real property, provided, however, that
~
~ they first post a bond with an approved Surety in the amount
of $15,000.00.
