~ 1.2 Pay when due all lawEul taxes, r~tes, levies and
; assessments ~.hatsoe~~er on its income business and
properties, provided that nothing herein conCained ~
shall be construed as prohibiting the C0~[PANY from
contesting in good faith the validity or amount of any ~
such taxes, rates, levies or assessments; pay any
judgment rendered against the COMPANY within thirty
(30) days after said judgment becomes final;
1.3 Keep insured all properties of a character usu-
ally insured by parties carrying on businesses simi-
lar to the business of the COMPANY, in such manner and
to such extent as such properties are usually so in- ~
sured;
1.4 Furnish to the holder of this note ~vithin ninety
(90) da}~s after the close of each fiscal year of the
CO~IPANY a copy of the C0.[PANY'S financial report for
that fiscal ~•ear prepared by an independent public
~
accountant; and

2.1 Create any mortgage, lien or other encumbrance
