. 1.2 Pay ~:hen duc all Ia~aful taxes, rates, levies and
assessments khatsoe~•r_ on its income business and

shall be construed as ~rohibiting the CO;iPANY fran
contesting in good fz:th the validity or amount of any
such taxes, rates, le:ies or assessments; pay any
judgment rendered aga:nst the COMPANY within thirty
(30) days after said Sudgment becomes final;
1.3 Keep insured all properties of a character usu-
ally insured by parti=_s carrying on businesses simi-
lar to the business o= the CU,IPANY,~in such manner and
to such extent as suc; properties are usually so in- ~

1.4 Furnish to the h~Zder of this note within ninety
(90) days after the c:ose of each fiscal year of the
