1.2 Pay when due all lawful taxes, rates, levies

and properties, provided that nothing herein con-

PANY fra:n contesting in good faith the validity
or amount of any such taxes, rates, levies or as-
. sessnents; pay any judgment rendered against the
COi~1PANY within thirty (30) days after said judg-
ment becomes final; _
1.3 Keep insured all properties of a character
usually insured by parties carrying on businesses ,
similar to the business of the CO*iPANY, in such
manner and to such extent as such properties are _
usually so insured;
. 1.4 Furnish to the holder of this note within
~ ninety (90) days after the close of each fiscal

~ year of the CO~iPANY a copy of the CO~iPANY'S finan-
