RICKERSON and HAZEL RICKERSON, his wife, hereafter referred to as Sellers, and~DALE E. N~.LINGS , s%3 .50 - ~ma..~.~' ~.~.~-u-~.z - ~'f _ P.,~c..,u ~ l~is . ~ '~y~[z~ - a single adult, hereafter referred to as Purchaser, , ~ WITNESSETH: ~ ~ That in consideration of the mutual promises and covenan s contained in this Agreement and other valuable considerations passing between the parties to it, the Sellers agree to sell and the Purchaser agrees to buy the following described property situate, lying and being in St. Lucie Courity, Florida: The W 180 ft of the E 234.4 ft of the -r N 150 ft of the W~ of Lot 9 of J. I. . KELLEM'S SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Plat Book 3, page 85 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County.
