HOSKINS and JEAN PAGE HOSKINS, his wife, hereinafter i ~ ; called the "Grantor", and SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, a Florida ~ banking corporation having trust powers, with mailing address of ~ t ~ P. O. Box 8, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, hereinafter called the ~ t "Trustee": 1. TRUST PROPERTY. The Grantor hereby assigns, transfers and sets over to the Trustee the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and ~ . ~ by warranty deed executed and delivered simultaneously herewith, ~ the Grantor does convey to the Trustee an undivided one-half interest in and to the real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, being the premises situate at 706 South_6th Street, Fort Pierce, _ Florida, the receipt of which property is hereby acknowledged by ~ the Trustee, upon the following express terms and conditions and with the powers and_limitations hereinafter conferred and set forth. 2. DURATION OF TRUST. This trust shall remain in full I - ; force and effect from the date hereof to December 31, 1984 at ~ f { ; 11:59 P.M., at which hour and date the then corpus of the trust ~ ~ ~ ; shall revert to Grantor, and on the first business day following ~ ~ ~ ! the termination of the Trust, the Trustee will execute such instru- ` ; i # ~ ments as may then be necessary to assign, transfer, set over and = ; ~ convey to Grantor the then corpus of the Trust, be the same real, ` ~ ~ , ~ ~ personal or mixed property. ; > ~ ~ 3. DISPOSITIVE PROVISIONS.
